FOCA’s Executive Director participated in the Great Lakes Public Forum in Toronto (October 4-6, 2016), which brought together leaders from Canada and the US on the subject of the Great Lakes.


On Thursday, October 6th, 2016, FOCA’s Terry Rees moderated a panel titled, “Celebrating Success” which spotlighted diverse initiatives and examples of citizen engagement for Great Lakes protection, restoration and celebration.
