2010 FOCA Insurance Program

Our popular liability insurance programs continue to improve, providing FOCA member associations with access to unmatched protection at competitive prices. FOCA's insurance program provides coverage applicable to Lake Associations, Road Associations, Land Ownership Associations or Trusts, plus coverage for Directors and Officers.

This insurance offering continues a 45 year tradition of providing our members with relevant services and support - the 2010 insurance program is yet another significant benefit of belonging to your provincial voice for cottaging, the Federation of Ontario Cottagers’ Associations.

Developed through extensive collaboration with Atrens-Counsel Insurance Brokers Inc., the 2010 FOCA Liability Insurance Program offers improved coverage and enhanced limits at premium levels that we have managed to maintain at very competitive levels. FOCA member policies are held by Aviva Canada Inc., the second largest insurer in Canada and the fifth largest company operating worldwide.  Aviva maintains a very strong A stable rating from Standard and Poors.

Please note that insurance program participants are automatically sent their annual renewal notices for existing Commercial General Liability, and Directors and Officers insurance policies.
